OMAHA, Neb. – Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare talent ecosystems, recently helped to raise $19,000 for Children’s Hospital & Medical Center during the 21st Annual Children’s Miracle Network Radiothon, hosted by Kat 103.7. This, coupled with other generous donations, resulted in a total of $242,480 raised for the Omaha health system.
The two-day event, on Aug. 17-18, raised money to help provide care and treatment to children across the Omaha area. During the radiothon, listeners were encouraged to make donations to support the important programs and life-saving equipment that help Children’s meet kids’ unique healthcare needs.
Children’s Hospital & Medical Center is the only full-service pediatric health care center in Nebraska, providing unique resources to children from across a five-state region and beyond.
On Thursday, Aug. 17., Medical Solutions matched each contribution donated between 6-8 a.m. During that time callers contributed $9,000, and Medical Solutions donated a full $10,000 in addition to those donations.
