Summary

Summary

Essential Function:

  • Supports the Sales Team by formatting resumes, calling references for traveling healthcare providers and managing our performance evaluation queue by sending evaluations, QA'ing evaluations and saving in traveler files.

  • Sends performance evaluations to hospital contacts and follows up on outstanding evaluations

  • QA incoming performance evaluations and saves in traveler files

  • Notifies Clinical Team of Negative Evaluations

  • Following a template, creates resumes from applications and resumes and inputs information into a detailed and attractive format to market to clients.

  • Makes phone calls to former employers to obtain references for our travelers

  • Assists our company RN with data entry and reporting of materials to the Joint Commission
