Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Our approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) is simple—we create and foster an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. We recognize the important role diversity plays in our work life, in our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers, and within the communities in which we live and serve.

Our DEIB Vision

Through intentional work, transformative action, and meaningful connections, empower our workforce to create a culture that is inclusive of everyone, where each individual feels they belong and is supported and respected for who they are. Enrich the lives of our teammates so they contribute their best selves to our healthcare talent ecosystem and to our world.

We focus our DEIB efforts on four Vision Pillars to drive our initiatives forward:

  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as core principles.
  • Empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and show up fully.
  • Honor and celebrate the unique qualities and resilience of each person.
  • Meet each team member where they are.

And many of our programs are driven by employees for employees, giving a voice to what matters most to our teammates.

Diversity Council

Our robust Diversity Council, comprised of internal employees at all levels, works with senior leaders to create and implement our DEIB efforts, ensuring each employee feels as though they belong. The council takes great care in maintaining a workplace that celebrates authenticity and what each individual brings to their role.

Employee Impact Groups

Our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs), also led by our employees, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with our Purpose and Values. Each EIG provides opportunities to connect and help support our company’s DEIB efforts. Our groups are inclusive, and everyone is welcome to join whether they identify with a group or are a supporter or ally.
