SeriousFun Children’s Network
Founded by Paul Newman, SeriousFun Children’s Network creates opportunities for children and their families to reach beyond serious illness and discover joy, confidence, and a new world of possibilities, always free of charge. Programs are designed to foster independence, resilience, and personal growth, helping children to see beyond their limits of their medical conditions and experience all that life can offer. Serious Fun offers 30 camps and other vital programs serving the needs of children and families around the world.
Youth Emergency Services (YES)
Youth Emergency Services (YES) serves Omaha-area youth experiencing homelessness and near-homelessness by providing critically needed resources that empower them to be self-sufficient. YES provides a safe haven for disenfranchised youth and a roadmap to a successful future.
Hope Center for Kids
The Hope Center for Kids provides a safe after-school and summer program where children and youth can take part in academic support, youth development, faith-based learning opportunities, and receive a hot meal. The Hope Center for Kids is home to multiple learning spaces including an Employment & Learning Academy, a commercial kitchen and cafeteria, and the Hope Skate roller rink.
Children’s Hospital & Medical Center
As the region’s pediatric healthcare leader, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center is dedicated to exceptional care, advocacy, research and education. The hospital is the only full-service, pediatric healthcare center in Nebraska, providing expertise in more than 50 pediatric specialty services to children across a five-state region and beyond.
